Right of withdrawal

If you make purchases at a distance (eg via the Internet), you can return a product and we will repay your price if you bring notice of it to us in writing via the contact form or by phone on (+352) 20 88 22 40 within 5 calendar days of receipt of the product from you or a third party you indicated. In the event that some manufacturers do not provide a DOA policy, no such general right is granted by iCare International S.A.R.L., which reserves the right to examine individual such requests.

If you order a batch of goods, the above time limit begins when you receive the last product in the batch or when the last service is completed in the case of periodic services. Finally, in the case of the purchase of digital content which is not stored on a fixed basis, the above time limit starts from the date of conclusion of the contract. By performing the withdrawal, you are required to return the product to us in the original excellent condition in which it was handed to you or provide us with clear and undisputed evidence that you have sent it within 14 calendar days of exercising your right of withdrawal and within of the same time we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid us using the payment method you had chosen to pay us the price for the returned goods. If you pay with a payment card we immediately issue the order to the card issuer and we are not responsible for any credit delays to you of the sum paid that are not due to us.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the management of the goods other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. We will not be liable and will not compensate the consumer or the withdrawal will have no effect if damage to the goods has been caused by the consumer’s fault or in case the use goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary documents prescribed by law and any receipts. In the case of purchase of devices that include software that is triggered after a trial period for which the consumer is informed and in which he or she must either withdraw or accept the product and the software, the withdrawal shall not apply if the trial activation time is exceeded without the relevant right having been exercised.

Returns of products, which are not in their original state, with all manuals and accessories, packing boxes with all their protective material without marks and wear, are not accepted. Under no circumstances will software package returns, the wrapper of which have been opened, be accepted. Similarly, no RAMs are returned, the wrapper of which has been opened.

If you have any doubt as to the acceptance of the product you have received, do not damage the protective films and plastic casing, as this will make it impossible to return it. No («build-to-order») products can be returned, as this order concerns a contract of services rather than a sales contract.
