Methods of ordering

Our company offers to you the following means to place and complete your order:

For your convenience, your order is sent to your premises usually by a partner courier company. Orders placed on on the business days until 14:00 noon will normally be delivered within 24-48 hours, as long as the product is available (otherwise within the next 2-5 business days). In areas characterised as inaccessible by the co-operating courier company, the delivery time may be even higher.

To avoid additional shipping charges, the order is executed when all the products included in it are available. If for any reason you wish to deliver only the available products of the order, please call us at (+352) 20 88 22 40 and ask for the delivery of them by stating the order number. Deliveries are made in working days and hours from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 19.00. Deliveries do not take place on Saturdays, holidays and days when our central warehouse is closed. For ordering products that are not readily available, we will contact you by phone to inform you of the delivery time.

Transport Costs

Shipments of equipment to be repaired is done without charge of transport costs for all destinations. Orders with destinations (marked as remote) are charged with shipping costs, the exact cost of which will be announced to you during the order completion process.

The exact shipping cost for Abroad is not automatically calculated from the website. To see shipping costs before buying, just add the required items to your cart, fill in your billing information, and then choose the shipping address.


The producer of each product you buy is responsible for any damage caused by a defect in his product. Any agreement restricting or exempting the producer from his liability is void. Claims against the producer for damage are forfeited three years after the injured person has been informed or should have been informed of the damage, defect and identity of the producer. Ten years after the release of the product in question, the rights of the injured party against the producer are extinguished due to current statutes of limitations. In case of doubt as to the identity of the producer of a product you have been supplied by us, please let us know.

Any long-lasting consumer goods are accompanied by the written warranty of the manufacturer of the product or the company that imported the product into the EU. or the company affixing its mark on the product as a manufacturer (“the Supplier”). Please pay particular attention to the terms of the warranty provided by the Supplier as well as to the other accompanying documents and particulars which, under the Supplier’s responsibility, are included in the products and in particular those relating to the safe use and maintenance of the products.

The duration of the warranty depends on the individual manufacturer and on average in the EU is 2 years. For more details, please contact our company or manufacturer.
